AirPoint Mechanical respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through airpointmech.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you send us through the request form: your name or company, phone number, email, service address, the service you need and the details you write.
• Button clicks (for example "Call" or "WhatsApp"): the time, which button, where on the page, and whether it was a phone or a computer. This does not include your name, number or any personal details.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your request, schedule service, send quotes and invoices, and follow up on work we do for you. Click counts help us understand which contact options people use.

Where it is kept

Form requests are stored in our private Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and email), which only our team can access.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. We share it only when needed to do your job (for example, with an equipment supplier for a warranty) or when the law requires it.

Calls, texts and WhatsApp

If you call, text or message us on WhatsApp, we use your number only to reply about your service. We do not send marketing messages.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time. Email info@airpointmech.com or call (331) 775-0272.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
